When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click “Add to Cart” next to the item.
That puts the item in your shipping cart and takes you to the shopping cart page,
where you will be able to view the items you have added to your cart.
You can also change the quantity of each item you have selected or delete items if necessary.
From your cart, you can either checkout or continue to shop.
Checking The Contents of Your Cart:
The first step in the checkout process is to review your order
on the shopping cart page as discussed above when you are satisfied with the contents of your cart,
click “Checkout” and you are on your way to completing your purchase.
Checkout:
Once you enter the checkout process, we will switch to a secured mode of communication.
The transfer of information between you and Colorz4you will be protected
by the highest standard of technology available on the internet from this screen
you have two options for processing your order.
1. New Customer: Select this option to create a new account with us to simplify future ordering.
You must fill out all required information.
2. Returning Customers: Select this option if you have previously registered with Colorz4you.
Registered users have completed our registration process and can login using their existing email
and password to process their order.
Designate Your Billing And Shipping Information:
Once you select your checkout method,
you arrive at a screen to enter your billing and shipping address and your payment information.
Here you can tell us your billing information and where you would like your order shipped.
If you would like to ship to a different address you must check the box that says “Shipped to a different address”.
Telephone Ordering:
You may order any merchandise on this web site by phone by calling (888) 867-8804
during normal business hours. We will need you to tell us the name or the item number for each product
you wish to order. You may pay by credit card or Pay Pal.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES COLORZ4YOU ACCEPT?
A: Colorz4you accepts Master-Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal.
If you do not wish to provide your credit card information over the internet, please call (888) 867-8804.

we understand that many people still prefer to speak with a real person before providing sensitive information.
Q: WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
A: We send out a confirmation email immediately upon order placement, generally within 5 minutes.
This email is an acknowledgement of your order and includes the details of your purchase
along with a reference number to assist us when discussing your order in the future.

Q: WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our products to you,
and we offer several options for expedited shipping.
All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 5PM eastern time,
Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next day your order is placed.
All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed after 5PM Eastern time on Friday,
or on Saturday or Sunday, will leave our warehouse the following Monday.

Are shipping options are:
Standard Orders shipped with standard service within the 48 contiguous states
will arrive 3-6 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
2 Day Orders shipped with 2 day service (including AK and HI)
will arrive 2-3 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
Next Day Orders placed prior to 5PM ET Monday through Friday
should arrive by the end of the following day.
Orders placed after 5PM on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday,
should arrive by 5PM local time 2 business days later.
Colorz4you ships most orders via UPS. This service requires that you provide a street address.
However, we will be happy to ship your order to a PO Box via US Postal Service.
Please select standard shipping, no expedited or express shipping is available to a PO Box.
Shipping via US Postal Service may take longer than the 3-6 days indicated on your order
and shipping confirmation e-mails.
Q: WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP?
A: All orders from $1.00 – $29.99 will be charged $4.95 for shipping. All orders from $30.00 – 59.99 will be charged $6.95 for shipping. If an order totals over $60.00, the shipping will be FREE. This excludes all sale items that will follow the normal pattern of shipping for items that cost below $60.00 and will remain $6.95 for sale items that cost above $60.00. The shipping for a sale item will become FREE if the order is over $60.00 AND a non sale items is also purchased.
Q: CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
A: We can ship International at this time if UPS World Wide service goes to your destination.
Q: WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
A: Colorz4you is required to charge sales tax on all orders purchased from addresses in New Jersey.
Orders purchased outside of New Jersey are never charged sales tax.
Q: WHAT IF I RECEIVE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?
A: Your total satisfaction is extremely important to us and you can be assured that we will do everything
we can to immediately correct all problems with minimal inconvenience to you.

Q: CAN WE SEE THE MERCHANDISE IN PERSON?
A: Colorz4you is an e-commerce site only. All of our items can only be viewed on line.
Q: WHAT ARE THE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES YOU PROVIDE?
Colorz4you provides you a FREE gift box with ribbon with all purchases that your make from us.
The gift box is a nice quality white box with our Logo on the bottom right side of the box
with multi colored ribbon tied around the box. If you would like it wrapped in special paper
it will be additional $4.95 to your purchase.
Please make sure you make note that you would like a gift card to be included in the box.
